By accessing and using FilmTracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Upon purchase and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FilmTracker plugin software ("the Software") in accordance with the license type you purchased:

3.1 License Types

• Basic License: Single device activation
• Pro License: Up to 3 device activations
• Enterprise License: Up to 10 device activations

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Share your license key with others or use it beyond the permitted device limit

4. Device Activation

Each license allows activation on a specific number of devices as determined by your license type. You may deactivate the Software on a device to free up an activation slot for use on another device. Device activations are tracked by unique device identifiers.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change with notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ROBERTS AARON LEE PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBERTS AARON LEE PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
